SHIPPING POLICY
OVERVIEW
We ship domestically to all 50 states in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and other international countries.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days of the initial order date.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
We offer Standard and Expedited shipping for Domestic and International orders. All rates are calculated at checkout based on order, destination and shipping method.
Orders typically take 2-4 business days to arrive.
Please note: Inclement weather, Holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances may result in a delay in processing or shipping times.
CUSTOMS, TAXES, & DUTIES
All required taxes and duties are collected at checkout. For international customers, all fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
ORDER TRACKING
You may track your order by logging in to your account and viewing your order history. Your order confirmation will also be emailed to with details to track your order. Please allow up to 24-48 hours after your order is confirmed to track your order.
ORDER PROTECTION
For your convenience, you can add Route Shipping Protection to your order for protection against your package being lost, damaged, or stolen. If these inconveniences occur, you can submit a report here and work with Route for a resolution. We are not responsible for lost packages that are deemed as delivered.
If you insured your order with Route Shipping Protection at checkout, you will receive a confirmation email from Route with a link to file a shipping issue.
